Celebrating their 29th year in 2024, the UK National Contact Centre Awards are the longest running and the most highly respected awards programme dedicated to the UK contact centre industry. Why? Because when you win, you have really deserved it.

Who is recognised at these awards?

These awards recognise the best talent in our industry. Judges are looking for the individuals and teams who are role models, and colleague-focused approaches that are inspiring others. This is an opportunity to say thank you to those that deserve recognition for the work they are doing in their contact centre operation.

Some enter these awards to raise the profile of their contact centre, others to engage their team while others do it to attract new talent. Whatever the reason, the benefits of going through the nomination and judging process are immense.

Who can enter?

The awards are open to all contact centre operations based in the UK – no matter how small or large you are. We just want to find and recognise the best our industry has to offer.

It’s FREE to CCMA members to enter. If you’re not a member, the first award entry is £299 and then each subsequent entry is discounted to £150.

What makes these awards so special?

The UK National Contact Centre Awards have an excellent reputation for being of a very high standard due to the judging process and the quality of the judges, supported by our five Head Judges who are all highly experienced senior industry leaders from within the industry.

All the nominees go through a comprehensive judging experience, including interviews, panel judging and site visits – some conducted virtually, others face to face.
