Ryan Strategic Advisory, in partnership with Cognitive Copy, is pleased to announce the publication of The Offshore BPO Confidence Index 2022. This document encapsulates the soundings of country managers in 17 different offshore and nearshore delivery points. The previous iteration of this report was published in early December last year.
Executives participating in this study assessed their respective delivery locations across 7 broad categories, in order to develop a ranking of each country from the perspective of its on-the-ground outsourcing delivery environment. A full methodology is included at the outset of the report. Locations in the Offshore BPO Confidence Index 2022 included established and emerging BPO delivery points in the Caribbean, Central & Eastern Europe, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, and Africa.
