Sergei Levteev has been IBA CEO since the company’s inception in 1993. In 2005, he was elected Chairman of the Board of IBA Group. Mr. Levteev spearheads all aspects of the company’s business efforts, including overall vision and strategy. During his tenure, a small firm evolved into an international group of nearly 3,000 employees.
Sergei holds a B.S. degree in electronic engineering from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radio Electronics (BSUIR). Prior to IBA, he spent four years with the computer engineering association BelNPOVT. His career also included serving at Elorg–Data, a Finland– based IT company. Sergei Levteev believes that building a company from the ground up is one of the greatest experiences in his life.
