Mr. Felix A. Serrano is a 25-year industry veteran of the Global Customer Care, Customer Experience – Business Process Outsourcing Industry.
Felix is the co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Activus Connect, a premium provider of SmartVirtual” remote agent, Customer Experience solutions. #ElevatingExperiences™. Activus operates across 48 US States and Puerto Rico and employees just over 2,000 Ambassadors.
Prior to Activus Connect, Felix held distinguished leadership roles as Chief Executive Office for itelbpo, a multi-national BPO with over 3,000 team members, Chief Executive Officer for Granada Corporation, a domestic work from home Customer Experience provider and Chief Operating Officer for Sitel Group – Global Work@Home Solutions, a global Customer Care organization with over 100,000 associates. Earlier in Felix’s career, he was the SVP, Client Services & Shared Services for UK based Vertex Business Services and held various leadership positions with Alpine Access (Sykes), TeleTech (ttec), Travelers Express Money Gram.
Mr. Serrano holds a master’s degree (MBA) from The University of Denver (DU), Daniels College of Business where he graduated in 2012.
Felix enjoys the art of golfing, adrenalin of skiing, excitement of off-roading, basking at the beach, the sport of debate and traveling. A Christian, family man and proud Puerto Rican; Felix is a self-described lifelong learner and passionate about paying it forward.
