John Sheridan, Associate Principal, The Hackett Group®
John Sheridan leads the European Sourcing team within The Hackett Group’s European Business Transformation practice. He has over 30 years of outsourcing, commercial management and negotiation experience, including leadership and expert roles across a wide range of complex global sourcing and transformation programmes. Previously, John worked for Hewlett-Packard in a variety of commercial/negotiating roles; Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he helped shape and conclude a number of major business process outsourcing (BPO) contracts; and PwC where he contributed to the development, implementation, and delivery of BPO and information technology outsourcing deals. He has a Bachelor of Technology from the University of Bradford.
