Over the last several months, as a collective group, we have been asked to hypothesize the future:
– How will employees work?
– Where will employees work?
– How will we manage work?
Throughout the course of the research and analysis that followed those questions, our Consulting, Technology and Marketing teams leveraged a scenario-planning process in collaboration with our multi-disciplinary subject matter experts and ultimately developed alternative scenarios in online, interactive work sessions. We envision scenarios based on what we think the impact would be and the likelihood for alternative occupancy solutions given the conditions that may emerge.
During this 60-minute webinar, we will explore implications of four different future scenarios ranging from options that resemble a pre-COVID environment to alternatives that focus on a purely digitized office experience. We will zoom in on the practical realities of each scenario as it relates to your office portfolio and workplace, and then zoom out to discuss the big picture: how will these scenarios impact the workforce and the future work patterns? Leaving the session, you will walk away with a better understanding of how to assess the myriad of potential changes to the workplace and create actionable plans necessary to successful preparedness in the face of these evolving future that lies ahead.
