SUMMARY:Engage them with a robot
DESCRIPTION:Businesses have difficulty in engaging with customers in the initial term – which is frustrating because companies spend a lot of time and money acquiring clients in the first place. Working ferociously and manually to keep them on board seems almost unjust. So\, can automation help? This is the question asked by Intelligent Sourcing magazine\, our guest hosts for the evening\, Kofax\, and Jonathan Runting\, Ember Group consulting director\, who will look at the function of customer engagement and the role automation can play in it. \nThe advantages of robotics are many. DESCRIPTION:The phrase “customer journey” has been bandied about so much it’s in danger of becoming meaningless – which is a shame because at its best\, analysis and understanding of it can improve client relations and ultimately make the bottom line healthier. Ultimately it’s what a business makes of it\, which is why Intelligent Sourcing will be co-hosting an evening on the subject with our partner on this occasion\, Teleperformance. \nAs per usual we will be accommodating stimulating and challenging speakers.
