Bye bye until January and have a good break
A lively week to take us into the festive season saw arguments over how much the UK was spending with outsourcing companies on Universal Credit (and queries over just how good the government's figures are), HCL got a new accreditation, there were contract wins and demands for more training in Jamaica in anticipation of a huge influx of outsourcing jobs.
No doubt these hostilities, demands and contracts will resume in 2019, but from us that's it for 2018. The news will start to appear on our website again on 7 January and this bulletin will reappear at the end of that week - we're taking a couple of weeks off and urge our readers to do the same.
Have a great Christmas, see you next year!
