OK, we get it – there is nothing new about Bulgaria or any of the rest of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) aiming for pole position in the outsourcing market. And when an article appears in something like Emerging Europe it’s coming close to the top in a pre-narrowed field.
However, we mention it because an article in a publication like this (or indeed in ours) is generally prompted by something rather than nothing. In this instance it’s an interview; in others it can be a conference, new support for outsourcing partners or some other move.
Whatever happens, the jostling for prime position is real as we’ve found out when we visit any territory trying to carve a niche in the market. This article suggests there’s some movement in CEE; we’re betting there will be more headlines about other countries in the territory in the very near future.
