Five way procurement deal signed

Five councils in the UK have signed an over-arching outsourcing deal to save a combined £50m over nine years, according to LocalGov. The authorities affected are Hart District Council, Havant Borough Council, Mendip District Council, South Oxfordshire and the Vale of White Horse District Councils.
